团队简介
特殊食品资源挖掘与评价团队主要从事特殊食品研发与评价以及特殊食品质量安全控制的研究工作,研究方向包括:(1)挖掘特殊食品资源中的主要功效成分,对其功能和功效进行评价,系统解析其量效关系和构效关系,研发特殊食品资源中的主要功效成分的高效分离提取技术以及产品加工技术;(2)利用Capture-SELEX技术高通量筛选食品安全危害物的特异性识别分子,建立适配体识别分子库,研发基于适配体特异性识别的特殊食品安全危害物快速检测方法与产品,研发高效消减特殊食品安全危害物的功能材料与控制技术。
