团队简介
团队在膳食营养基础与应用、食药同源天然产物对运动机能、衰老及损伤的改善与调控作用进行了大量研究。主持了包括国家自然科学基金、科技支撑计划、国家重点研发子课题、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省农业自主支撑计划、在内的科研项目30多项,发表200余篇学术论文,获得20项发明专利和省部级科研奖项。长期与小仙炖、东阿阿胶、佳格、达能、松下、华帝等知名企业开展产学研项目合作。
