团队简介
食用农产品品质与包装标识团队主要针对食用农产品品质数字化目标,全面挖掘食用农产品的特征品质,构建食用农产品品质核心指标体系和评价标准,构建品质基础与加工特性数据库;研究包装材料特性与食用农产品生理作用的匹配性,构建食用农产品包装应用数据库,实现食用农产品绿色精准包装;以标签标准化、规范化内涵为基础,研究开发加工、储存、运输等全链条下的新鲜度智能识别、示踪、防伪与溯源等智慧标识技术。
