团队简介
食品安全感知科学与减损技术研究团队长期致力于食品加工中微生物毒素等污染物的监测、风险评价与健康干预研究。聚焦毒素毒性效应变化、特异性生物蛋白、代谢标志物等,开展了从产毒菌源头到已知生物毒素的主动控制与暴露干预的技术体系。先后主持承担了国家杰出青年基金、国家重点研发计划、国家863、973计划等科研项目30余项。在权威杂志发表论文300余篇,获中国发明专利40件、国际发明专利4件,参与制订国家行业标准9项,国际标准2。相关成果获省部级及行业协会(江苏省、教育部、中国轻工业联合会)技术发明、科技进步一等奖5项
